Inspection Visit to Monitor Water Pipe Repairs and Elevator Structure Construction

The Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Farhad Mohammed Othman, accompanied by Dr. Uday Hammoudi Abdullah, Director of the Construction and Projects Department, and a group of department engineers, conducted an inspection visit to oversee the progress of two critical projects at the university: 

Repair of the Broken Water Pipe on the Main Road

  • The team monitored the repair work on the damaged pipe, which is part of the university’s main water network.
  • The visit included observing excavation work, identifying the damaged pipe, and doing necessary repairs to ensure efficient and safe water flow restoration.
  • The team ensured adherence to engineering specifications during the repair process.

Construction of the elevator structure in the Training and Workshop center:

  • The team inspected the progress of the project to construct the elevator structure in the Training and Workshop center, which aims to improve the infrastructure and facilitate movement within the building.
  • The follow-up included ensuring that the construction works are carried out according to the approved plans, including compliance with safety and quality standards.
